Initial meetings with you to create job specification, with detailed appraisal of human performance aspects in relation to the role.

Together we will agree major milestones, plan update meetings and agree competitor mapping.

We conduct targeted mapping, research and begin the initial candidate approach, providing weekly search reports to enable you to monitor progress.

From this research we will create a qualified list of candidates, provide résumés and our consultant's overview.

The next step is to create a shortlist to schedule interviews with you and run psychometric tests if appropriate.

We will work closely with all parties, providing continuous feedback in the formulation and negotiation of offers.

We will finalise all offers and present you with a copy of all reports, assessments and the psychometric testing report.
